Exhibit Warehouse and Returns
Everything we print is custom printed to our client's specifications. Custom printed products cannot be recovered and reused. For this reason we have a no return policy. The only accepted returns of merchandise is for product defects or printing errors caused by error on our part, and must be reported immediately. We will replace your print with a new print of the same client approved artwork. If a defective product is found, it will be replaced or refunded. All other returns (including literature racks and tradeshow exhibits) must be approved within 24 hours after receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
