We have been creating captivating designs since 1988. From the beginning, creative out-of-the-box thinking is what has won awards and earned the respect and loyalty of clients like HCA, Bon Secours, Dominion Resources, East West Partners, Philip Morris USA, Arby’s (The Restaurant Company), Allstate Insurance, The State of Virginia and its many agencies, Anthem, Baskervill & Son Architects, The City of Richmond, Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, GenWorth, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of Virginia to name a few.

The company was founded by Jocelyn Senn a Virginia Commonwealth University graduate in Mass Communication. Many, if not all, of our graphic designers and artists have come from this top-ranked design school.

We began as a corporate communications company designing and producing slide presentations for Fortune 500 companies in the mid-Atlantic States. Over time as technology evolved the company moved more in to advanced PowerPoint presentations incorporating sound, animation, and integrated video. In 1994 we were the first company in Richmond Virginia to offer large format print production. Trade shows displays, exhibits, and other corporate branding projects became main stream in the companies portfolio.

Due to a robust economy, good positioning, and a highly talented staff, the company was included in the Rising 25 fastest growing companies in the central Virginia region in 1998.

Continued growth in the large format arena led the founder, Jocelyn Senn to branch out into other businesses such as Exhibit Warehouse, and PopMount. In 2004 she decided to sell the company to pursue some of these other interests. She sold the company to Peter Winters a long time friend and marketing/business consultant who is focused on the core businesses presentations, trade shows & events and visual branding.

How do I order a display?

How much do we charge for shipping?
Ground shipping for hardware and graphics ordered with hardware is free. Standard UPS Ground rates will be charged for graphics ordered without hardware. Expedited shipping services are available, but are charged at standard rates.



Are your products under warranty?
All of our pop-up frames come with a lifetime warranty. Our other hardware items come with a five year warranty covering manufacturer’s defects.


Do I have to attach my graphics with Velcro?
No, we also offer graphics with magnetic strips that attach directly to the Pop Up Frame. The graphic must be the size of a full panel.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express. We also will accept a certified bank check, due prior to shipment of your order. Our mailing address for sending orders or payment is:

Do you charge Sales Tax?
There is a 5% sales tax charged for deliveries in Virginia and an 8.25% tax charged for sales in California.


How do I send my art files to Exhibit Warehouse?
You can send your art on CD, to our FTP server or by e-mail if the file is small.


What file formats do you prefer to work with?
Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps)
Adobe InDesign (.indd)
we also accept print-ready pdf, jpg and tiff files.
Please include all fonts and images, otherwise make an outline of the text.

Make sure picture files are set as CMYK.
